APE1802

APEC is launching an high efficient, single channel, 330KHz Asynchronous Buck Converter IC. The high side P channel MOSFET is built inside and make the application design more easier. It is suitable for PDP, LCD TV power, Networking power or the other power systems which requires the current loading smaller than 3.5A (eg. 12Vin to 5Vout or 5Vin to 3.3Vout). The APE1802 can be operated in a wide range input voltage from 3.3Volts to 23Volts. The internal high switching frequency can help to reduce the power dissipation. The output voltage can be lower to 0.8Volt. The enable function supports the energy saving requirement. The OCSEST pin can set the OCP point. The protection functions includes Short Circuit Protection and OTP. APE1802 is a chip with low cost, high stability, high efficiency Asynchronous PWM Converter IC.
