Implementation of Human Rights Policy
Adhere to the principles of openness and fairness. Discrimination in speech, attitude, or behavior based on gender, race, rank, age, marital status, language, ideology, religion, political affiliation, place of origin, appearance, facial features, physical or mental disabilities, or any other status is strictly prohibited.
Provide employees with reasonable and lawful compensation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and arrange social insurance as required. The Company strives to ensure stable employee livelihoods, improve work efficiency, and provide various employee welfare measures.
Adopt zero workplace accidents as the management objective. Annual employee health check-ups are conducted, and the results are managed through a graded follow-up system to identify and prevent potential health risks.
Comply with local labor laws, international standards, and the APEC Human Rights Policy, respect employees’ free will, and strictly prohibit any form of forced labor.
Employment standards comply with the minimum age requirements stipulated by local laws and regulations. As of 2025, the number of child labor cases is zero.
The Code of Conduct strictly prohibits any form of gender discrimination, verbal or physical harassment, and workplace bullying. Complaint channels and confidentiality mechanisms are established, and regular training on gender equality, anti-discrimination, and anti-harassment is conducted to strengthen awareness and accountability among all employees.
By establishing effective labor–management communication and consultation platforms, the Company promotes harmonious labor relations. Employees are encouraged to form and participate in employee clubs and associations.
The Company encourages the employment of disadvantaged groups and provides appropriate training and employment support. For international or foreign employees, assistance is provided to help them integrate into the workplace. The Company also supports gender diversity and fosters a safe, non-discriminatory, and inclusive working environment.
