We also actively participate in social welfare and environmental protection initiatives, working together to build a sustainable society. We believe that through collaboration, we can achieve shared goals and values.

Since 2022, APEC has reported on the implementation of sustainability-related initiatives to the Board of Directors at least twice each year in accordance with regulations.

In 2025, sustainability governance matters and implementation results were reported to the Board of Directors on February 27, 2025, and April 17, 2025. The report covered greenhouse gas inventory results, stakeholder communication outcomes, and the identification of material issues, ensuring that sustainability topics are incorporated into APEC’s governance framework and strengthening the Company’s sustainable management capabilities.

We place great importance on feedback from stakeholders. Under the guidance of the Sustainability Development Task Force, the Company proactively collects suggestions and expectations from stakeholders through diverse communication channels. Based on the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard, which applies five principles—dependency, responsibility, tension, influence, and diverse perspectives—APEC identified seven major stakeholder groups and their key concerns, which serve as the foundation for the Company’s sustainability communication and management strategies.

APEC’s identification of key sustainability topics is conducted by gathering relevant opinions and referencing international sustainability standards and trends, including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Semiconductor Industry Standard.
